Dilworth Historic Home

Replaced 60 feet of collapsed clay sewer line using trenchless pipe bursting technology. Preserved the home's mature landscaping and brick walkways while providing a new HDPE sewer line rated for 100+ years.

South End Restaurant

Complete plumbing rough-in and finish for a 4,500 sq ft restaurant including commercial kitchen, bar, two restrooms, floor drains, grease trap installation, and backflow prevention.

Ballantyne Home

Removed two aging 50-gallon tank water heaters and installed a single Rinnai tankless system. Included gas line upgrade, new venting, and recirculation pump for instant hot water throughout the home.

Plaza Midwood Home

Complete plumbing renovation for a master bathroom remodel including new PEX supply lines, updated drain configuration for a double vanity, dedicated shutoffs, and rough-in for a walk-in shower with body sprays. Coordinated closely with the homeowner's contractor to keep the project on schedule.

Dilworth Home

Installed a new primary sump pump with battery backup secondary system to protect a finished basement from flooding. Included new discharge line routing, alarm system for pump failure, and trenchless exterior drainage tie-in to prevent future water intrusion.

Ballantyne Home

Extended a new gas line from the home's main supply to a backyard outdoor kitchen including a grill, side burner, and fire pit. Pressure-tested all connections, installed emergency shutoff at the house exit point, and passed county inspection on first attempt.

NoDa Restaurant

Replaced an aging failed grease trap for a busy restaurant kitchen with a new high-capacity interceptor unit. Completed the work overnight to avoid disrupting service, including tie-ins to existing drain lines and county compliance certification.

Myers Park Home

Responded to an after-hours burst pipe call during a winter cold snap. Completed emergency shutoff within 45 minutes of the call, replaced the failed section, and upgraded surrounding vulnerable sections with freeze-resistant materials. Followed up with a full home vulnerability audit.

Huntersville Home

Installed a multi-stage whole-home water filtration system including sediment filter, carbon filter, and water softener. Routed filtered water to all interior fixtures while maintaining unfiltered exterior hose bibs for landscaping efficiency.
