Cascade Plumbing & Drain was founded in 2011 by David Mitchell, a third-generation master plumber who grew up watching his grandfather and father fix pipes, clear drains, and solve problems that other plumbers couldn't. After 10 years working for a large plumbing company, David started Cascade with a simple idea: treat every customer's home like it was his own.
What started with a single truck and a cell phone has grown into a team of 12 licensed plumbers serving the entire Greater Charlotte area. Over 13 years, we've completed more than 8,000 jobs, maintained a 4.9-star rating, and built a reputation for doing the job right the first time.
